Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom orders. Please contact me for information regarding custom orders. Pendants may be ordered for teacher gifts, wedding anniversaries, birthday gifts, bridal showers, wedding gifts and many other special occasions. Mother/daughter pendants are also a popular item! Each sparkling pendant is one of a kind and unique in every way. It will make an impression statement as a one of a kind gift! If you would like to order multiple pendants to create a gift set please email Jeanne.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All jeannecreates items are shipped in a customized gift box and gift bag including a signed note from the artist at no extra charge. There is an additional $3.00 charge at checkout for additional gift wrapping, special ribbon and a personalized card to the "gift getter". If you would prefer no invoice to be included with your package, please let me know during ordering.
Sizing details
Sizes are noted in the description of each item. each pendant comes with a 18" cord. For further information, please contact me. If you would like to change the length of the necklace cord please contact me and I can accommodate you. Choose the specific color and cord type at checkout.
Care instructions
Jewelry should not be worn in water, since this can weaken the adhesive bond.
Additionally, items made with sterling silver can and will tarnish over time. Oxidation (tarnish) is a natural process of the metal in reaction with air. A gentle polish of your item can help.
Glass Colors
Please note - The photograph shown is of the actual pendant. Colors may vary slightly due to the color setting of each individual computer monitor and the lighting. The high quality glass is reflective and changes colors in different angles and lighting.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Buyers are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning items.
Repairs
I am more than happy to repair your jewelry for you. I will accept returns for repairs within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge. After 14 days, you may be subject to additional charges on repairs and/or replacement parts as well as the cost for return shipping.
